The other morning I came in to get Sofie out of bed, and found she had stacked everything in her crib up in the corner and packed it in tightly. What's this all about? An escape route? I've caught her trying to hike her leg over the crib rail a few times, which really scares the bejeezus out of me. So imagine my reaction to this very cleverly designed escape route. Not cool Sofie.

Oh, Oh! You're in trouble, Jen. Sofie is pretty smart. You need to hide a video camera set up and watch her antics.

You have one smart little cookie!
You are in so much trouble with that smart little girl! I hope she's feeling better. Must be something she and Carter planned together b/c we are going through the same things--cough, low grade fever, and even one puke. Ugh! We'll be watching the Twitter updates praying that she improves quickly.
OK, now THAT'S hilarious...and very clever on Sofie's part, I might add!
:-)
I hope she is feeling better? Sounds like it. And it sounds like a tot bed is in the future!
Then the FREEDOM they have! Warning here getting them to stay in bed is the issue then! It is a stage they do grow out of though!
Thoughts and prayers - and Sofie - don't give your mother a heart attack - she is the best Mommy!
How cute, isn't it just a miracle how she is able to do all of these things, who would have thought she would be escaping her own bed. We are so fortunate that she has progressed so far from where she began. Prayers certainly do get answered. There is a girl at work who's niece just had a baby boy and he has what they call CHARGE syndrome.Looks to be a very difficult time for them, but I keep telling her that the power of prayer certainly does work look at Sofie. Take care of that cute little one we so enjoyed seeing her perform at the wedding. What a blessing you have. Gail
